Kids Week Special

The twelfth year of Kids Week in the West End kicked off with an exclusive performance from the cast of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, a lively, fun-filled stage adaptation of Michael Rosen’s award winning book, and a sneak preview of The Tiger Who Came To Tea, based on Judith Kerr’s iconic story of a tiger creating tea time mayhem for Sophie and her mother. This special event drew even the attention of The Gruffalo himself, who came along to join in the fun!

This unique event was designed as the perfect introduction to theatre for younger children. Kids Week in the West End (14th - 28th of August) is organised by the Society of London Theatre and provides a free ticket for one child aged between 5 and 16 when accompanied by a full paying adult to a variety of West End shows. Up to two additional children’s tickets can be purchased at half price.  Most West End shows which are suitable for children are participating.

Full versions of all three of these wonderful productions for children and families can be seen in coming months across the UK.
